Tom Melling

Tom Melling is the current CEO and co-founder of Safari SOP. Tom has also previously worked as the Director at ConnectDER from January 2015 to June 2016. There, they were responsible for business development, customer support, strategic partner relationships, and legal operations. The company grew organically to 23 employees while competing and winning business against big companies such as GE, ABB, and Schneider Electric. In June 2016, the company was sold to Doosan Heavy Industries, a $19B Korean conglomerate specializing in power generation. Tom was greatly responsible for the sale of the business and various other legal issues affecting the company.

Tom Melling graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in civil engineering. Tom then attended Stanford Law School and earned their J.D.
