Currently serving as the Manager of Technology Enablement - Financial Systems at Safaricom PLC, Alex leads functional support for financial systems and drives digital transformation initiatives. Prior roles include Business Analyst at the International Committee of the Red Cross, where Alex facilitated the Global Shared Services Program, and Assistant Manager of Business Process Innovation at Equity Bank Limited, contributing to the bank's digital transformation. Alex began a career at KPMG East Africa as an IT Advisory Associate, providing consultancy services in IT project management and audit.
