Ejidia Kariuki

Ejidia Kariuki (CPM) is an accomplished HR and sales transformation professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the HR Business Partnering Lead at Safaricom PLC since April 2016, Ejidia has successfully designed and launched multiple tribes and Centers of Excellence, enhancing organizational effectiveness and cultural transformation. Previously, Ejidia led the Enterprise Sales Transformation Program at Safaricom, secured senior leadership support through solution-selling workshops, and held significant roles at Vodafone Global Enterprise, MMT Consultants, Barclays, and Standard Chartered Bank, focusing on sales capabilities, HR functions, and customer satisfaction. Ejidia holds a BA in Economics & Social Anthropology from The University of Manchester and an International Baccalaureate from Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA.
