Eric Moturi

Eric Moturi is a seasoned Data Analytics Business Partner at Safaricom PLC since April 2017, where responsibilities include generating data insights to enhance Financial Services solutions, drive M-PESA usage, and improve customer experiences. Previously, as an Enterprise Account Executive at East African Cables Ltd. from February 2015 to December 2016, Eric led sales efforts resulting in a significant revenue increase and market share growth. Additionally, technical expertise was demonstrated as a Base Station Subsystem Technician at Bell Electricals, diagnosing faults in GSM networks. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Data Engineering from Moringa School and a BSc in Telecommunications and Information Technology from Kenyatta University.
