Felix Mmene

Felix Mmene currently serves as Consumer IT Lead and Cluster Tribe Technical Lead at Safaricom PLC since February 2019, overseeing system architecture and design to align with business needs, driving adoption of automated testing tools, and managing a team of solution architects, business analysts, and developers. Prior experience includes leading network and marketing projects as a Program Manager at IBM and managing billing systems as IT Manager at Essar Telecom Kenya. Felix also held a position as Principal Billing Engineer at Safaricom Limited, focusing on personnel management and vendor relations. Felix holds a BSc in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a certification in Computer Basics from Strathmore University.
