James Kimotho

James Kimotho is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise applications and platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Safaricom PLC since August 2022, James previously held key positions such as Enterprise Application Manager at Britam from May 2016 to August 2022, and Insurance ICT Manager at KCB Bank Group from January 2014 to May 2016. James started a career in software development as a Software Developer at PrimeSoft Solutions (K) Ltd and progressed through various roles at Turnkey Africa Ltd, including Support and Implementation Manager. Academically, James holds a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Kenya Methodist University and various certifications including ITIL and Prince2 Practitioner.
