Jesse Lulu

Jesse Lulu is a highly experienced professional in IT strategy and enterprise architecture, currently serving as Senior Manager at Safaricom PLC since January 2012. With a robust background that includes formulating comprehensive telecommunications strategies, overseeing digital services initiatives, and leading core network strategies, Jesse has contributed significantly to the development of innovative digital products and the modernization of network infrastructure. Previous roles at Airtel Kenya and earlier positions at Safaricom have further established Jesse's expertise in network operations and performance assurance. Jesse holds a BSc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University and a Diploma in Information Management from Strathmore College.
