Norah Owako

Norah Owako has over a decade of experience in the telecommunications sector, holding various senior management positions at Safaricom PLC since June 2013, including Senior Growth Manager for M-Pesa Merchant Payments and Senior Manager for both M-Pesa Regional Operations and Product Development. Prior to Safaricom, Norah served as VAS Manager at Airtel Kenya from October 2010 to May 2013 and as Product Manager for Digital Marketing & PRSP solutions at Telkom Kenya - Orange in early 2010. Norah's career began at TELKOM KENYA in late 2008 as Youth Marketing Manager. Norah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration from the United States International University - Africa and is currently pursuing an MBA at USIU-Africa.
