Sharon Holi is an experienced professional with a strong background in risk management and customer privacy. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Privacy in the Data Protection Office at Safaricom PLC since March 2007, Sharon also led the transformation of the company's E-Commerce operations as the Head of Masoko. In the role of Head of Enterprise Risk, several facets of risk management were established and enhanced, including product assurance and ISO certifications across various management systems. Prior to Safaricom, a tenure as Senior Manager at PwC Consulting involved building strategic advisory and risk management capabilities while managing a team of consultants. Educational qualifications include a Certified Public Accountant designation from Strathmore College of Accountancy, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nairobi, and a Senior Management Leadership Programme from Strathmore Business School.
