Teddy Nzioka

Teddy Nzioka is a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Quality Engineering and DevSecOps at Safaricom PLC, with a track record of leading initiatives that enhance software quality and application compatibility. Since joining Safaricom in June 2021, Teddy has successfully led the QE team for the myCounty Ecosystem project, improving revenue collection for Kenyan counties, and has acted as a Technical Product Owner to enhance cross-team collaboration. Previous experience includes leading development and quality assurance efforts at Wahenga, where a genealogy application was created, and serving in critical roles at Safaricom and other companies, such as co-founding the e-commerce startup Golden Cart. Teddy holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and has completed Cisco CCNA training.
