Christopher Mwanzia

Christopher Mwanzia currently serves as the Executive Head of Department for Infrastructure and Operations at Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Christopher was a Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure and Manager of Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions at Safaricom PLC from August 2016 to September 2021. Christopher's earlier experience includes serving as an Infrastructure Planning Engineer and IT-Hardware Infrastructure Engineer at KCB from August 2007 to July 2016, focusing on server and storage infrastructure and data center solutions. Academically, Christopher holds a Master of Science in ICT Policy and Regulation from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology from the same institution, along with professional training from the HP Training Center.
