Karen Smith has over 20 years of experience in electronic data interchange (EDI) within various industries. Currently serving as an EDI Technical Analyst at Safariland since July 2010, Karen has played a crucial role in supporting the transition to new ERP systems and managing daily operations for 30 trading partners across multiple platforms. Prior to this, Karen held similar positions at Nelnet and Liz Claiborne Shoes, where responsibilities included EDI support, transmission management, and migrating EDI systems. Karen's expertise encompasses a wide range of EDI documents and protocols, backed by a solid educational foundation from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
