Tiffany Bogardus

Tiffany Bogardus SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Beginning in 2012, they worked for imre, a communications and marketing agency. Tiffany held various roles at imre, starting as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant and progressing to Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, Human Capital Director, and finally as a Human Capital Senior Director. In these positions, they gained experience in recruitment, employee relations, policy development, benefit management, performance management, and HRIS implementation. In 2022, Tiffany joined Safariland as the Human Resources Director for their Distribution division, overseeing HR initiatives for their retail and distribution team.

Tiffany Bogardus SHRM-SCP holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development, which they obtained from Towson University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology & Psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Cosmetology License from Empire Beauty School-West Mifflin from 2005 to 2006.

In terms of certifications, Tiffany obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential from SHRM in July 2020. Tiffany also holds a 10-hour General Industry Safety and Health certification from the Great Lakes OSHA Education Center, which they obtained in February 2023.
