Chalmer Williams

Chalmer Williams is an experienced professional in the field of parental education and youth support. Currently serving as a Fatherhood Specialist at The SAFE Alliance since March 2022, Chalmer provides educational support to fathers, particularly those at risk for domestic violence, promoting a nurturing family environment. Previously, Chalmer worked as a Re-entry Case Manager at American YouthWorks, facilitating support groups and case management services for youth involved with the justice system. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Restorative Justice Coordinator at two different middle schools, focusing on behavior intervention and creating a positive school culture. Chalmer’s early career involved providing support as a paraeducator in various educational settings. Chalmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Tuskegee University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
