Marcus Griggs

Marcus Griggs has extensive experience in providing support and education to fathers and youth affected by domestic violence and other forms of violence. Since August 2014, Marcus has held various roles at The SAFE Alliance, including Strong Start Program Manager, Fatherhood Specialist, and Expect Respect Group Facilitator, focusing on domestic violence prevention and building healthy relationships. Additionally, Marcus has been a Volunteer Staff member at The Man In Me since June 2015, contributing to community support initiatives for men and fathers in Central Texas. Previously, Marcus served in roles such as Male Mentor/Children's Advocate at SafePlace and Behavior Intervention Therapist at Intercare Therapy, Inc., and managed children's services at SafePlace. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Austin.
