Head of Revenue at Safe Ag Systems

Abigail Hickman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Abigail currently works at Safe Ag Systems, where they hold the position of Head of Revenue, a role they started in October 2022. Abigail also serves as the Client Experience Manager at the company, a position they have held since October 2021.

Prior to their current role, Abigail worked at Independent Institute - iifp (RTO40123) from June 2020 to January 2022 as a Trainer and Assessor. Abigail also served as the Sales and Marketing Officer at the same institute from July 2018 to October 2021.

Abigail's previous experience includes working at Safe Ag Systems as the National Sales and Partnership Manager from December 2016 to May 2018. Abigail played a crucial role in the development and implementation of the company's on-farm work health and safety management software program.

Before joining Safe Ag Systems, Abigail held the position of Sales Executive at BGP Publishing Pty Ltd from March 2014 to November 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Philmac Pty Ltd as the Outbound Sales Co-ordinator from May 2011 to August 2012. Abigail also held the positions of Regional Sales Manager and Territory Sales Manager at Philmac Pty Ltd from June 2008 to October 2010 and January 2007 to June 2008, respectively.

Abigail began their career at Mosel Browne Surveyors as a Drafter and Assistant to the GM from 2005 to 2007. Abigail then worked as a Drafter/GIS Operator at Sinclair Knight Merz from 2002 to 2005 and as an Engineering Drafter at Arup from 1999 to 2002.

Abigail Hickman completed their education with a focus on vocational education and engineering. Abigail first attended Fortress Learning (RTO 31974) from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, specializing in vocational education. Prior to that, they attended Inspire Education from 2018 to 2019, earning a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety with a focus on WHS. Abigail also studied at Panorama College of TAFE from 1997 to 1999, where they completed an Advanced Diploma in Engineering, specializing in Civil Engineering.
