Jonathan Ainsley

Chief Learning Officer at Safe Conversations

Jonathan Ainsley has had extensive work experience starting from 1986. Jonathan worked as an IDB at WCLK, and later became a Business Owner of Sloejo from 1989 to 1994. When they joined SunTrust Bank in 2003, they served as a Licensed Banker. At Schwab Advisor Services, they worked as Senior Relationship Specialist from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Advisor Impact Inc. and worked as Director of Corporate Partnerships. Afterwards, in 2012, they joined Merrill Lynch where they held the position of Vice President, Business Strategy and Initiative Manager, Practice Management Consultant until 2019.

Most recently, they joined Safe Conversations in 2023 as a Chief Learning Officer. As part of their role, they aim to bring the transformational power of Safe Conversations to a larger scale and to build an effective team with the vision to take the ground-breaking, world-changing work of Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt to the next level. In 2019, they founded InvestinU.

Jonathan Ainsley received their primary and secondary education at Farnham Grammar School and Farnham College, respectively, in the years 1972 to 1979. Jonathan then obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Geography from UCL from the year 1980 to 1983. In 2018, they attended Landmark without acquiring any degree or field of study.

Furthermore, Jonathan has various other certifications, including being an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) from the International Coach Federation, Certified Financial Services Coach from ClientWise LLC, and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Jonathan has also completed the "Level 3 Safe Conversations Workshop Leader" and "Safe Conversations Training Level Three: Workshop Leader" courses from Safe Conversations in December 2022.
