Robert Paduano

Robert Paduano has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and security. Robert started their career in 2012 as an Information Assurance Analyst at California Military Department, where they worked until October 2016. Following that, they joined SAFE Credit Union as a Security Analyst II in October 2016, later transitioning to the role of Network & Security Manager in August 2017. From November 2019 to June 2022, they served as the AVP of Systems Engineering & Information Security at SAFE Credit Union. Currently, they hold the position of VP of IT Operations since June 2022. Prior to their work at SAFE Credit Union, Robert also gained experience as a Defensive Cyber Operations Analyst at the California Army National Guard from June 2008 to August 2020. Overall, Robert Paduano has extensive experience in IT operations, systems engineering, information security, and cyber defense.

Robert Paduano earned their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Trident University International in 2012. Robert then went on to complete their Master's degree in Information Systems Management and Information Security from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2015. Additionally, Robert has obtained certifications including CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional from (ISC)², GCFE - GIAC Certified Forensics Examiner from GIAC Certifications, GSTRT - GIAC Strategic Planning, Policy, and Leadership from GIAC Certifications, ITIL Foundation, and Security + from CompTIA.
