Steve Joves

Steve Joves is an experienced creative professional with a diverse background in design and management. Currently serving as Creative Manager and Senior UI Designer at SAFE Credit Union since January 2018, Steve leads the creation and execution of digital marketing assets across multiple platforms. Prior experience as an Independent Contractor from June 1999 to April 2024 includes roles as Art Director, Design Manager, and Senior Visual Designer, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop art and design concepts. Previous positions include Senior Visual Designer at ReliaMax, where Steve established design foundations and coordinated marketing campaigns, and Creative Director at Aeria Games & Entertainment, leading a team in global design initiatives. Earlier career experience includes working as an Art Director and Senior Visual Designer at MTV Networks. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in 3D Animation/Modeling from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from San Diego State University.
