Tina Ratliff

Tina Ratliff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, photography, and education. Currently serving as the Director, Consultant, and Life Coach at Townsend Leadership since May 2018, Tina specializes in assisting individuals seeking growth in personal and professional spheres, particularly creatives, entrepreneurs, and leaders. As a founding member of Santa Cruz Safe Families for Children and a Stylist and Social Media Manager at Jade Allen Boutique, Tina further contributes to community and business enhancement. With over a decade in lifestyle and architectural photography, Tina has documented family living, travel, births, and hospice experiences while managing their own photography business. Tina also spent 20 years as a Home School Teacher at Ratliff Academy, educating four children from kindergarten through 12th grade.
