Michael Forte

Michael Forte, MBA, CSP has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael is currently serving as the Environment Health & Safety Director at Safe Fleet. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Safety Consultant at High Environmental Health & Safety Consulting Ltd. from July 2017 to April 2018.

Michael also has extensive experience at Dentsply Sirona, US Prosthetics Division (USP) where they held multiple roles. Michael served as the Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Manager from February 2013 to April 2017 and also as the EH&S Manager and Maintenance Leader from January 2014 to September 2016. Additionally, they joined Dentsply Sirona as a production supervisor in January 2002 and steadily progressed to become the Production Manager. In this role, they played a vital part in implementing Lean Manufacturing and led a team of 200 non-union associates across 8 value streams.

Before joining Dentsply Sirona, Michael worked as a Production Supervisor at CTS Corporation from January 2000 to January 2002 and as a Territory Sales Manager at Alliant Foods from January 1999 to January 2000. Michael also served as a Production Manager at Quaker Oats from January 1996 to January 1999 and as a Production Supervisor at Tyson Foods from May 1995 to January 1996.

Michael Forte, MBA, CSP obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern University in 2005. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 1995. In addition to their formal education, Forte has acquired several certifications in various fields, including CSP, ASP, and OSHA Authorized General Industry Trainer.
