Caitlin Dow

Caitlin Dow, Ph.D. is a Senior Nutrition Scientist at the Center for Science in the Public Interest evaluating nutrition science and providing scientific analysis for food & nutrition policy efforts. With experience as a Student Blogger for the American Society for Nutrition and as a Research Fellow at the University of Colorado Boulder, Caitlin has a strong background in nutrition research and education. Caitlin holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Arizona and a BS in Biology and Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University.
