Peter Lurie

Peter Lurie is the President and Executive Director at the Center for Science in the Public Interest. Prior to this, Lurie held various positions at the FDA, including Associate Commissioner for Public Health Strategy and Analysis. Peter also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University and as Deputy Director of the Health Research Group at Public Citizen. Lurie's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Cornell University.
