Cliff Goldschmid

Cliff Goldschmid, CPA, MBA, serves as the Corporate Controller at SG Blocks, Inc. since April 2021. Previously, Cliff held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Summer Discovery from March 2015 to February 2020, overseeing all financial operations. With extensive experience, Cliff worked as Corporate Financial Controller at BNY Mellon from July 2004 to February 2015, where responsibilities included legal entity control, managing the consolidation process, and financial statement preparation. Prior to that, Cliff was the International Accounting Manager at Merrill Lynch and a Treasury Accountant at Salomon Brothers Inc. Additionally, Cliff began a career as a Senior Internal Auditor at Pfizer from July 1985 to July 1988. Cliff holds degrees from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, and Tulane University School of Liberal Arts.
