Susanne Borrelli

She works diligently with Sellers, Realtors, Lenders and all other Parties to successfully transfer clear and marketable title from Seller to Buyer. Susanne often puts on her Super Sleuth hat to find long out-of-business lenders and missing heirs for purposes of signing releases. She is also the only reason this office still maintains a fax machine as even in the 21st century, most lenders still send loan payoffs this way!

When not saving the day for Sellers, Susanne is cheering for her home town team, the Pittsburgh Steelers and traveling with her husband and daughters.
