Sam Angell

Sam Angell, Captain (Ret.), is an experienced professional in the fields of threat assessment, public safety consulting, and leadership training. Currently serving as a Sales and Referral Agent at Safe Haven Defense and Chief Executive Officer at Countermeasure & Leadership Solutions, Sam Angell brings extensive expertise in safety solutions and training. Previous roles include Policy and Training Director for Carteret County Government and Master Deputy at Wake County Sheriff's Office. Sam Angell has also contributed to law enforcement education as an Adjunct Instructor at Wake Technical Community College and has held leadership positions, including Captain with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. Educational qualifications include degrees in Criminal Justice and Personal Management from High Point University, as well as participation in the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Leadership Development program.
