Jennifer Reason, LMSW, has extensive experience in the field of social work, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and previously holding positions as Chief Program Officer and Program Director at Safe Haven Family Shelter since September 2008. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Social Worker at NHC Place Cool Springs from January 2005 to September 2008 and as a Case Manager at Mental Health Cooperative from July 2003 to January 2005. Jennifer holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Tennessee State University, earned between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Social Work from Belmont University, completed in 2003.

For over 30 years, Safe Haven has served as the only shelter-to-housing program in Middle Tennessee that accommodates homeless families.
