Caitlin Young

Caitlin joined the Safe Hiring Solutions team in 2017 with 10+ years of Operations Management experience with Starbucks Corp. During her time she has worked within Operations and recently took on the role of Director in 2019. Caitlin works with internal staff around all the aspects of the background check process and strives to ensure the most lean and efficient processes are followed. Raised in the greater Hendricks County area, Caitlin, her husband Kevin, and their two sons now reside in Putnam County.
