Dania Cordova

Dania Cordova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dania is currently the Director of Program Operations, Admin & Finance at Safe Horizon, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the Women's Prison Association, where they held various roles including Managing Director of Contract Administration from June 2021 to April 2023, Director of Government Relations & Quality Assurance from June 2018 to May 2021, Manager of Program Compliance from August 2015 to June 2018, and Program Associate from February 2012 to July 2015. Before joining the Women's Prison Association, Dania worked as a Research Assistant at the Center for New York City Affairs from February 2008 to December 2011. Dania also has experience as a Paralegal at Lanser & Kubitschek from February 2006 to May 2009, and as a Project Manager at Domestic Abuse Awareness, Inc from June 2004 to January 2006.

Dania Cordova holds a Master's degree in Urban Policy Analysis & Management from The New School's Milano School. Dania also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American Studies from Wesleyan University.
