Laura V.

Laura V. has a diverse work experience in the field of public relations and corporate communications. Laura started their career at the National Kidney Foundation as a Professional Membership Marketing Manager in 2003. Later, they worked at BCW Global as an Associate in Healthcare, where they managed product communications for various accounts. In 2007, they joined United Way of New York City as a Senior Manager of Corporate Relations. From 2009 to 2011, Laura worked as a Consultant, specializing in healthcare public relations and corporate communications. After that, they served as the Public Relations Manager at Healthfirst from 2011 to 2015. Laura then worked as a Public Relations Consultant at SEPHORA and later as the Global Public Relations Manager - Fragrance at Elizabeth Arden. Laura then took up the role of Account Director at dna Communications and moved to Edelman as a Senior Account Supervisor in Healthcare. Currently, Laura is employed at Safe Horizon as the Senior Director of Public Relations.

Laura V. attended New York University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism. Laura later pursued an MBA in Marketing at Long Island University. Prior to these higher education experiences, Laura attended Brooklyn Technical High School.
