Samuel S. S.

Samuel S. S. has extensive work experience in the real estate and facility property management field. Samuel S. started their career as a Project Manager at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services in December 2012 and worked in this role until May 2015. Samuel S. then transitioned to the role of Facilities Manager at the same organization from June 2015 to November 2018. From December 2018 to April 2022, Samuel served as an Assistant Director of Real Estate at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services. In November 2020, they joined Safe Horizon as the Vice President of Real Estate and Facility Property Management.

Samuel S. S. pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Pace University between 1991 and 1996. In 2013, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Project REAP - Real Estate Associate Program. In 2017, Samuel completed a Certificate in Construction Management from Pace University and another Certificate in Construction Cost Estimating from The Regional Alliance for Small Contractors. Recently, they completed the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) - A Professional Designation Program from CoreNet Global in November 2022, acquiring the MCR certification.
