Shane Simenstad

Shane Simenstad is an accomplished public policy professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Public Policy Manager at Safe Kids Worldwide since September 2017, following a progression through various public policy roles. Prior to this position, Shane worked at the University of Wisconsin-Extension as a Data Processing Technician, where responsibilities included coordinating logistics for mass mailings. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Michigan Technological University, focusing on shoreline ecosystem restoration research. Shane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2017.
