Manuel Garcia-Romeu

Manuel Garcia-Romeu has a diverse work experience in the packaging and transportation industry. From 2000 to 2014, they worked at Instituto Tecnologico del Embalaje, Transporte y Logistica (ITENE) as a Responsable de area tecnologica. In 2014, they joined DUO PLAST AG as Director Comercial (España y Portugal) / Consultor Internacional, where they specialized in distribution risks and cargo safety for transportation. Manuel also worked on the industrial stretch film market in Spain and Portugal and provided international clients with consulting services to optimize film, cargo safety, and stability. Currently, Manuel is a Business Development Manager at Safe Load Testing Technologies, where they design and manufactures equipment to simulate the effects of packaging during transport and distribution.

Manuel Garcia-Romeu earned their degree in Ingeniería mecánica from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. Manuel completed their Ingeniero Técnico Superior Industrial degree in 2000 and later went on to earn a Doctor en Ingenieria Industrial degree from the same university in 2008.
