Mahesh Krishnamurti

Mahesh Krishnamurti is the Founder and CEO of Thought Leadership Capital, established in January 2022, providing advisory and consulting services to PE and VC portfolio companies as well as listed corporations, with a focus on areas such as ESG strategy, leadership coaching, and cross-cultural communications. In addition to leading Thought Leadership Capital, Mahesh serves on the India Advisory Council for Safe Water Network, is a Founding Advisor for BuzzOnEarth, and acts as an LP & Advisor for Arka Venture Labs. Mahesh has been involved in various advisory roles, including a recent position on the Advisory Board of Supply Chain Resources Group and a Senior Advisor role at Vaco. Notably, Mahesh was an Independent Director at YES BANK during a critical turnaround phase and held leadership positions at RGP and Worth Media Group. Academic achievements include an MBA from NYU Stern, a B.Sc. from LSE, and management programs at The Wharton School and MIT Sloan.
