Avery Ash is the Chief Executive Officer of SAFE, where they lead efforts to enhance transportation, energy, and supply chain policies that bolster U.S. economic and national security. In this capacity, Avery sets the organization’s strategic direction and collaborates with policymakers and industry leaders. Previously, Avery served as SAFE’s Senior Vice President for Government Affairs and Special Initiatives and as Executive Director of the Coalition for Reimagined Mobility. Their experience includes roles at INRIX, AAA, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where they notably advanced policy on vehicle technology and mobility. Avery graduated from Bowdoin College with a joint degree in Economics and Anthropology.
