Leadership Team

The SAFE leadership team has a wide range of experience in many different industries. Many members of the team have worked in public relations or communications for companies such as NASA, The American Geophysical Union, The American Geosciences Institute, and EARTH Magazine. Other members of the team have experience working in policy for the U.S. Department of State, TheLatest.com, Inc., and NARAL Pro-Choice Missouri. The team also has experience in event planning and management from their time at the Council on Competitiveness and the US Hydropower Council for International Development. Finally, the team is well-educated, with degrees from universities such as The Johns Hopkins University, Hamilton College, The George Washington University, State University of New York College at Buffalo, Washington University in St. Louis, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
