Aqib Khan

Aqib Khan is the assistant manager of business development at SafEarth. Aqib has been with the company since April 2019 and has played a key role in its success. SafEarth is India's largest platform for the adoption of renewable energy by industries. The company helps in streamlining and automating the transition from traditional power to clean power and helps its users save time, money and possible errors when making this purchase.

Khan is responsible for BD activities, identifying and qualifying the prospects, maintaining relation with existing clients, strong cold calling and follow ups. Aqib has also played a key role in the preparation of techno-commercial proposals, tariff estimation and savings analysis. Their sound knowledge of both the technical and commercial aspects of solar energy have been invaluable to the company.

Khan has also been instrumental in maintaining regular communication with channel sales partners, EPCs and Developers. Aqib has helped the company save over 1,00,000 tonnes of carbon emissions per year, but they are just getting started. Their team has set itself the audacious aim of saving ONE BILLION TONNES of carbon emissions by 2030.

Aqib Khan received a diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia. Aqib also has a Senior Secondary School Certificate (XII) in Physical Sciences from the same school. Aqib completed their Secondary School Certificate (X) from Jamia Millia Islamia as well.
