Matthew Szczurek has worked in a variety of roles across a number of different companies. In 2007, they began their career with the United States Air Force as a Cyber Security Consultant, Information Assurance Manager, and Communications Specialist. In 2016, they joined the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) as a Cyber Security Specialist - USAF. In 2017, they worked as a Cyber Security Specialist - USAF Reserves for 55th Combat Communications and as a System Engineer for Intelligent Waves LLC. In 2018, they were a System Integration Engineer for Intelligent Waves LLC and a Network Systems Administrator for Salient CRGT. Matthew also worked as an Information System Owner for Cropper Federal Security. In 2021, they joined DataRobot as an AI Cloud Architect, where they were responsible for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Operations Architect/Engineer for commercial and federal customers. Matthew was involved in the entire sales cycle, building demos and executing proof-of-concepts, and providing consultative assistance on architecture and implementation. Matthew'smost recent role is as a Solutions Engineer for SafeBase, which they began in 2022.
Matthew Szczurek is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity Technologies at the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they started in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2024.
