Paul Lim

Paul Lim has over 20 years of experience in the business and corporate industry. Paul began their career in 2000 as an Underwriter at Millennia Mortgage Corporation, where they underwrote 12-15 loans per day according to company guidelines. Paul then moved to Lenders Investment Corporation Irvine, California in 2003, where they worked as an Underwriting Manager for the US Mortgage Division. In 2004, they became the Manager of Portfolio Aquisitions for the US Mortgage Division at HSBC Mortgage Services North America. In 2007, they founded BlackSun Business Consultancy, where they worked as a Business Development Consultant. Paul then moved to Business Consultancy in the same year, where they worked as a Business Development Consultant. In 2014, they became the Operations Manager for the Short Sale - US Mortgage Division at Altisource Portfolio Solutions Inc. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Business Consultant and Operations Director at One Global Source Solutions. In 2016, they became the Senior Business Development Manager at ADEC Group of Companies. Finally, in 2018, they became the Director of Operations and Business Development at SafeboxIQ.

Paul Lim received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from California State University, Fullerton in 2002, with a focus in Management/Fundamentals of Mortgage. Prior to that, they earned their BSBA from the International Academy of Management and Economics in 1997, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
