Richard A. Holmes

Richard Holmes is an accomplished technology and security executive with extensive experience in the railroad industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Union Pacific Railroad since August 2018, Richard previously held the role of CEO at PS Technology from July 2016 to July 2018. Richard's career at Union Pacific Railroad began in July 2004 as an Assistant Vice President, a position held until July 2016. Richard holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Creighton University's Heider College of Business, completed in 1997, and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University, earned in 1986.
