Vijay Deshpande

Prof. Vijay Deshpande is an Adjunct Faculty at the Department of Respiratory Therapy at SOAHS, Manipal. He is Professor Emeritus at Georgia State University. He was named "Educator of the year" in 2002, and "2016 Legends of Respiratory Care" by the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC). Prof. Deshpande has authored numerous books and publications. He serves as the Executive Director of the Indian Association of Respiratory Care and as Governer for India for the International Council for Respiratory Care.
