Beau Fleming

Beau Fleming is a Senior Engineer at SAFEgroup Automation since September 2020, with a background as a Control System Engineer. Additionally, Beau has served as a Professional Lifeguard at Lake Macquarie City Council and Central Coast Council since September 2014, focusing on mentoring junior lifeguards and managing public safety. As a founding member and Treasurer of the Lake Munmorah Rowing Club from 2021 to 2022, Beau contributed significantly to the club's development. Prior experience includes an Electrical Engineer role at Palaris, where Beau provided consultancy to the mining industry, facilitated risk assessments, and conducted power system design and analysis. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from the University of Newcastle, supplemented by an exchange program in France focused on engineering innovation and a Diploma of Languages in French.
