Wendy Anderson

Wendy Anderson has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Wendy began their career as an Acquisitions Coordinator at National Retail Properties, Inc. in 1996, and then went on to serve as In-House Counsel in the Build-to-Suit division. Wendy later worked as a Real Estate and Business Associate at Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. in 1999 and as a Real Estate Associate at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP in 2000. In 2011, they joined GCA Services Group as a Corporate Attorney before joining Safeguard Properties in 2012. At Safeguard Properties, Wendy held multiple roles, starting as a Corporate Attorney and eventually becoming the Senior Corporate Attorney & Director of Compliance in January 2020.

Wendy Anderson earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, completing their education from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications.
