Ashley Mwanza

Ashley Mwanza is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management, compliance, and security. Currently serving as an Operations Executive at Safeguard Security Services since June 2022, Ashley has held various leadership positions, including General Manager Operations and Group Training & HSEQ Manager at the same company from February 2018 to December 2020. Additionally, Ashley has experience as a DOM (Team Manager) and SME Team Manager at Sigma Connected Group. Involvement in governance is evident through roles as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Zimbabwe Dream Project Trust and a Member of the Board of Directors for Youth Leadership Project Africa. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Wales and a BA Hons in International Business from American College Dublin.
