Erin Thomas

Erin Thomas, MBA, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over 28 years. Currently, they are the Vice President of People - Operations at Safelite AutoGlass, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Erin served as the Vice President of People - Support Services at the same company from July 2020. Erin also held the positions of AVP of People and Leadership Development from May 2017 to July 2020, Director of People and Leadership Development from April 2015 to May 2017, and Human Resources Business Partner from June 2014 to April 2015 at Safelite AutoGlass.

Before joining Safelite AutoGlass, Erin worked at ET Consulting as a Human Resource Business Partner from September 2013 to June 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources, Global Strategic Business Units at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from October 2011 to May 2013. Erin also held the positions of Director of Human Resources, Global Sales from June 2006 to October 2011, and Director of Human Resources, North America Sales from June 2006 to October 2010 at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company.

Erin began their career at Advantage Sales & Marketing, where they worked as a Regional HR Director from 1996 to 2006. Prior to that, Erin served as a Human Resources Representative at Buckeye Steel Castings Company from 1993 to 1996.

Throughout their extensive career, Erin has demonstrated their expertise in various HR roles, including leadership development, business partnership, and strategic human resources.

Erin Thomas, MBA, SPHR, holds an MBA in Human Resources from the School of Management at Capital University. Prior to that, they earned a BSBA in Human Resources from The Ohio State University.
