Jamie Yorke

Jamie Yorke has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Jamie is currently serving as the Director of Global IT Cloud & Hosting at Safelite, a position they have held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Jamie worked as the Director of IT Distribution & IDAM at Safelite from February 2023 to January 2024.

Before joining Safelite, Jamie had a long tenure at WPP, where they held various roles. From March 2020 to February 2024, they worked as the Service Delivery Transformation & Change Lead. Jamie also served as the Program Lead for IT Operations Management from August 2019 to March 2020 and as the Head of Information Technology Services from August 2018 to July 2019. Jamie's journey at WPP started in October 2017, when they joined as a Service Delivery Manager.

Prior to WPP, Jamie worked at XL Catlin as the Americas Infrastructure Support Manager from January 2014 to February 2017. In this role, they provided technical and people management leadership, ensuring responsive and timely support to end users while maintaining service levels. Jamie also played a key role in driving continuous improvement and feeding demand into various management processes.

Jamie's career started at Catlin in 2001, where they held the positions of Information Technology Manager from January 2007 to January 2014 and Senior Infrastructure Engineer from August 2001 to December 2006. Before joining Catlin, they worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at the UK House of Lords from July 2000 to July 2001.

Jamie's early work experience includes serving as an Information Technology Support Specialist at LanguageLine Solutions from September 1997 to June 2000.
