As Safelite’s Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, Koenigs leads talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, leadership development, compliance, associate relations, HRIS, people business partnerships with operations and corporate communications. With a deep background in talent management systems, he provides seasoned leadership that supports purpose and vision, advances diversity and inclusion efforts and fosters a culture that positively impacts associates.
