Otr/L Laura Hastings

Laura Hastings, OTR/L has worked at SafelyYou since 2019, initially as a Clinical Success Manager and then as a Senior Clinical Success Manager. In August 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Clinical Success. Prior to SafelyYou, Laura worked at RehabCare as an Occupational Therapist from August 2017 to October 2019, and later as a Program Director from June 2018 to October 2019. Before RehabCare, they started their career at The Summit Center as a Direct Support Professional from June 2012 to May 2016.

Laura Hastings, OTR/L received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 2012. Laura further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Occupational Therapy from D'Youville University in 2017.

In terms of certifications, Laura is an LSVT BIG Certified Clinician, having received this certification from LSVT Global, Inc. in November 2021. Laura is also a California Licensed Occupational Therapist and holds a Certified Dementia Practitioner certification from the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners, LLC. Furthermore, Laura has the National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), although the specific dates for obtaining these certifications are not provided.
