David Keatley

David Keatley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in application support and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Applications at Thales Digital Identity and Security since August 2006, David has facilitated the migration to Oracle E-Biz R12, focusing on financial modules and order management systems. Prior to this role, David was an Adjunct Faculty Member at Cecil College from September 1997 to June 2013, teaching courses in web design, operating systems, and programming. Earlier in their career, David worked as a Senior Application Support Specialist at the Judicial Information Center, where responsibilities included designing integrations for the Court's ERP with external institutions, developing web applications, and enhancing database functionality.
