Matthew Russell

Matthew (Rocky) Russell currently serves as the Director of Investor Relations and Operations Management at SafePoint Insurance Company, providing support to the CEO in managing operational requirements for the property and casualty insurance sector. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions within USSOCOM, including Military Deputy PEO-M, where responsibilities included supporting the acquisition and modernization of maritime capabilities, and Program Manager for Surface Systems, overseeing program management for Special Operations Combatant Craft. Additional experience includes serving as the Commanding Officer of Special Boat Team 20 and as an Action Officer focused on requirements and resources within the US Navy. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Public Policy from Princeton University, and a Master of Systems Engineering Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
